Hello

I come from a troubled past—one marked by childhood trauma, deep anger, and eventually juvenile delinquency. Life felt broken and unfair, but those struggles planted in me a desire to understand people and to help them heal.

As I grew older, I faced new battles. At one point, I weighed over 200 pounds, had type 2 diabetes, Fibromyalgia and knew my health was in crisis. That wake-up call pushed me to study holistic health and discover the freedom that comes from nourishing both body and spirit. Later, my marriage ended abruptly through infidelity, and I experienced the deep pain of divorce. Healing from that wound was one of the hardest journeys of my life—but it shaped the empathy and strength I carry today.

Through it all, I pursued education and growth. I earned a Master’s in Marriage and Family and gained multiple coaching certifications. More importantly, I gained wisdom through lived experience. Now, my greatest passion is helping others:

• Parents reconnect with their rebellious teens.

• Women heal from infidelity and divorce.

• Women break free from complacency and create balance in life and work.

• Anyone seeking wholeness through healthy lifestyle changes—because truly, NOTHING tastes better than being healthy feels.

My story is proof that broken beginnings don’t have to define the ending. Healing is possible. Renewal is real. And my mission is to help others discover that for themselves.
